To support Mitsubishi's After Sales Division in promoting the Pitstop Campaign, we crafted a comprehensive strategy aligned with the brand’s focus on Road Safety and the Mitsubishi Assist 24 (MA24) program. The campaign, titled “The Year-End Pit Stop,” was designed to position Mitsubishi 3S centers as essential checkpoints for safe and stress-free holiday travels.

Our goal was to encourage drivers to prioritize vehicle health checks and inspections before embarking on their journeys. By emphasizing the benefits of the MA24 program—such as peace of mind, quality assurance, and reliable assistance—the campaign resonated with Mitsubishi owners looking for safety and reliability.

Extending across key festive periods like Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri, the campaign leveraged the increased travel activity during these seasons to maximize engagement. Through strategic messaging and visually engaging creative materials, “The Year-End Pit Stop” successfully elevated the Mitsubishi service experience, driving traffic to 3S centers while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to road safety.
